With the world shifting rapidly around us, Journeymen is leveraging the power of technology to meet more boys right where they’re at – getting them into nature, engaging their bodies, and making deep connections with peers and mentors.
Through our Core Four framework, boys will be encouraged and supported to test their physical, emotional, and social edges, a process that refines leadership, interpersonal skills and deepens strength of character.
Far more than a typical online course, the Band of Brothers is a dynamic, immersive experience that sets the stage for a solid start to young adulthood. Band of Brothers is built on the premise that all boys thrive when love, belonging, and connection are present in their lives. With playful adventure, heart-to-heart conversations, and engaging challenges, Band of Brothers helps boys navigate the turbulent times in their lives with a sense of balance, purpose, and confidence.
Why is it needed now more than ever?
While the past few months have been challenging for all of us, these times are having a dramatic impact on the wellbeing of the young folks in our communities; many of whom are isolated at home, lacking the social connection, physical movement, and emotional support they need to be healthy and thrive. The onset of the colder, winter months is likely to make things even more challenging for our youth. Now more than ever, our youth need healthy role models who consistently show up in their lives, providing guidance, support, and unconditional love.
